Amazing Grace (Romans 5:1-11)

“If you are a believer God is not mad at you, He is not against you, He is for you, and you are on His side. Under grace and the New Covenant we must not think of our relationship with God as an ancient vassal treaty made with a tyrant king. The agreement was usually to pay tribute to or to be besieged and destroyed. Through faith in Jesus, we are now the friends of God.”
