We live at the time in the only time in human history in which it is possible for a universal ‘mark’ to identify every person on Earth. That by itself should stun you. The Mark of the Beast, whatever it will be, will render a person a global citizen under totalitarian control. We would therefore expect world leaders to be moving in the direction of global government that strips citizens of their rights. That is precisely the path world leaders are on.
