“Imagine you’re on Amazon tomorrow, buying a product you’re interested in. I’ll use a guitar pedal as an example. There it is: it’s the ugliest guitar pedal imaginable. Also it doesn’t work. It’s completely busted and ruined and inoperable. The price? All the money you have. You’ll have to sell your house and your car and empty your accounts and cash out your retirement to get it.
And, even if you buy it, and even if you fix it up, a lot of the time it’s still not going to work right. It’s going to give a bunch of static at random times.
Would you buy a product like that? The Lord did. Millions upon millions of times over. He bought you and me with His blood.“
